With my cross-functional team, I designed Kleenex Aroma, an aromatherapy-based product line that helps Kleenex tissues stay competitive after sector divestment in 2025.
I designed the AutoReplenish subscription system to drive recurring revenue and customer loyalty. I created a 3-step interface using Figma that reduces subscription anxiety while encouraging continuous purchases.
Our project received Distinction from Harvard GSD and endorsement from IDEO, Nike, and Coca-Cola leadership. I am unable to share detailed work as this involves confidential brand strategy. For questions about my process, please email me!
